Eating out

Hi!

Finally I have some days off. Right now I’m taking the train to my parents with my older brother.

A few days ago I went to eat pinnekjøtt. It’s one of the meals that is eaten on Christmas Eve. I tried it for the first time and it was good. A bit salt but good. My older brother booked a table for us. It was right when most of the restrictions came back again. So the restaurant was quite empty. There were people there and everyone had a reservation.

They had been notified that I have lactose intolerance so they gave me this instead of mashed cabbage.

The restaurant is Stortorvet gjestgiveri. It’s easy to get there from the central station. You can either walk or take tram 17/18 to Stortorvet.

Bye!
