Hi!
Sometimes for lunch I have avocado with bread. I would either mash my avocado and mixed it with lime or lemon juice along with salt and pepper. Sometimes I would add onion powder too. Other times I’ll just put avocado slices on my bread.

Today I also wanted to bring some cucumber slices and grape tomatoes. I had it with salami snack slices and cheese.

I found out that I have to eat more protein in order to gain or maintain my current weight which is just right for me just now. That’s what works for me.
For the last few years I’ve tried to gain weight so that I would have more energy and not be underweight. I’ve taken several blood samples and no health problems except for some minor skin problems, a little asthma and birch pollen allergy. I’ve found out that after I gained some weight I feel a lot better 😊
However, I really like eating bread and pastries, hehe.
