Hi!
Recently I bought a bunch of Norwegian apples. I love Norwegian apples since they aren’t sweet but not like green apples.
So I decided to make some cupcakes with the apples. But the cupcakes didn’t rise that much. Maybe because the baking powder was a bit too old…Anyway, it tasted pretty good. Though a bit sweet according to my older brother.
