One thing I’m not good at eating is fish. When I don’t eat enough fish I take omega 3 capsules. My favourite fish is either salmon or mackarel. It’s pretty common in Norway to eat mackarel in tomato sauce.
One day I baked salmon in the oven along with potatoes, carrot, asparagus, tomato, mushroom, red onion, yellow onion and bell pepper. I sprinkle some oil over in order to make it not so dry.

The potatoes take the longest and I cut it into small pieces. At the very end I would add tomato.
