Lately I’ve been into eating mozzarella with tomato. I can eat mozzarella as much as I want without any digestive problems. I’m really happy about that! Surprisingly I can eat a cinnamon roll which has some milk in it without any problems. I think the limit is one 🙂 I’ll still have to stay away from regular milk, yoghurt, cream, sour cream and cream cheese. But I love ice coffee, frappuccino, pudding and cake! So I’ll make it from scratch. For coffee like latte, cappuccino, ice coffee and frappuccino I’ll order with soymilk and without whipped cream.

Usually I eat the mozzarella and tomato with meat.
