It’s only possible with take-away in Oslo right now. Sometimes I really want to eat sushi. My favourite right now is sashimi since I don’t need to think about if they add cream cheese. Some sushi places offers maki with cream cheese and a type of fish. I can’t eat cream cheese… When I order sashimi I replace the tuna with salmon. Not all sushi places give you rice with Sashimi. I eat a tiny amount of wasabi, but I usually don’t eat spicy food.
Once I wanted something a little bit spicy and I was to lazy to add minced meat so I used kidney beans instead.
It comes in a bag where you have to add water and minced meat or kidney beans. It said to add one box of chickpeas and kidney beans. But I like kidney beans better. I ate it with lactose free sour cream, salad, toast bread and butter, guacamole (added too much red onion) and tortilla chips. One time I want to make it on my own ๐
