I made too much pasta salad to bring for lunch so I’m eating the rest of it today!
I just add in non dairy dressing so nothing fancy 😊 The cheese I added has more fat than the cheese I would normally eat. I found out that I need to eat more fat or else I won’t have enough energy. I had to cut down on eating bread and pasta too. That was hard since I really like to eat bread and pasta!
I also like drinking coffee but I have to control myself or else I get addicted again 🤣
It’s decaf with lactosefree milk, sugar and chocolate powder. There’s no milk in the chocolate powder 😊
