Sometimes I forget to eat enough vegetables and fruit and sometimes I’m really good at eating enough.

I find it easier to eat vegetables when I eat it with dip but I also like to add bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce and tomato to my sandwiches ๐Ÿ˜Š

I also love smoothie! My favourite is berries with a little bit of banana and Apple juice!

I make my own dip ๐Ÿ˜Š

I also LOVE eating cheese ๐Ÿ˜Š yes, cheese and butter are the only things made from cow milk that I can eat unlimited amounts of without getting a bad stomach.
