I love to eat snacks both healthy and unhealthy.
I love to make smoothies but also cut up vegetables and eat with dip.
As I’m lactose intolerant I buy lactose free sour cream and mix it with spices like paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Sometimes I add mayo to the sour cream too.
I think it’s refreshing to eat it when it’s warm weather.
